چکیده
The work is devoted to the analysis of reactive changes in ghrelin-producing endocrine cells (HPEC) main areas production this regulatory peptide – stomach and hypothalamus during modeling psycho-emotional stress after replacement therapy. Reactive HPECs experimental post disorder models have not previously been specifically studied. Meanwhile, practice establish effectiveness therapeutic interventions suggests feasibility obtaining new informative criteria for assessing degree its impairment effect. purpose study was quantitative features GPEC a model psychogenic stress. Material methods. We studied paraffin sections mucous membrane cardial part four groups mature male rats. first group (n=5) consisted intact rest animals were subjected single emotional In nostrils two (n=5 each), 12 hours stress, 20 μg solution ghrelin (GHRL, Tocris, Gr. Brit.) antagonist receptors ([D-Lys3]-GHRP-6, Brit.). On 4th day, selected control (n=5). number endocrinocytes lateral nuclei arcuate complex counted over an area 0,01 mm2, fundic glands 0,015 mm2; endocrinocyte bodies determined using Imagescope program (Electronic analysis, Russia). median, upper lower quartiles, significance their differences compared (using nonparametric Mann–Whitney test) measured GraphPad PRISM 6.0 (GraphPad Software, USA). Differences considered significant at p<0,01. Results. During short-term experience viable gastric hypothalamic decreased by 2,5 3,8 times (respectively; p<0.001), body 1,5 1,6 (p<0,001). Pharmacological methods correction did significantly affect these parameters HPEC (p>0,05).

Postnatal changes in ghrelin mRNA expression and in ghrelin-producing cells in the rat stomach.
Ghrelin was recently isolated from the rat stomach as an endogenous ligand for the GH secretagogue receptor. Although it is well known that a large amount of ghrelin is produced in the gastrointestinal tract, developmental changes in ghrelin mRNA expression and differentiation of ghrelin-immunopositive (ghrelin-ip) and mRNA-expressing (ghrelin-ex) cells in the stomach have not been elucidated. ...
متن کاملChanges in Subcellular Distribution of n-Octanoyl or n-Decanoyl Ghrelin in Ghrelin-Producing Cells
BACKGROUND The enzyme ghrelin O-acyltransferase (GOAT) catalyzes the acylation of ghrelin. The molecular form of GOAT, together with its reaction in vitro, has been reported previously. However, the subcellular processes governing the acylation of ghrelin remain to be elucidated. METHODS Double immunoelectron microscopy was used to examine changes in the relative proportions of secretory gran...
متن کاملChanges of stress oxidative enzymes in rat mammary tissue, blood and milk after experimental mastitis induced by E. coli lipopolysaccharide
The present study investigated the effects of E. coli lipopolysaccharide (LPS) induced mastitis model in rat on the activity of antioxidant enzyme systems. To achieve this purpose, E. coli LPS were infused into the mammary gland of 12 rats 72 hr postpartum and compared with 12 rats in control group infused intramammary placebo sterile pyrogene – free, physiological saline. The...

15 صفحه اولon translation of politeness strategies in dialogues involving female characters in translations and retranslations of novels translated before and after the islamic revolution of iran and their effects on the image of women: a polysystem theory approach
abstract reception environment has considerable effects on accepting a translation. as the expectations of a target culture and its values and needs change throughout history, its criteria for accepting a translation or rejecting it will change accordingly (gentzler, 2001). the expectations of iran, as the reception environment in the present study, have changed after the islamic revolution. i...
